All of the information I share with you about website design is mainly pointed to officelive website owners. If you have another website host, then your site designer and page editor may be different. I encourage all other users to contact me if you are unable to find your answers here. What is a website designer and a page editor?
A website designer is a person or software program that designs websites.
In this case, a website designer is a place on officelive where we login to design our websites. After logging into officelive we have different options available. One of the options is design. After going to design, we have a list of already made pages.
We then have to hit edit next to each page to be directed to our page editor. This is where we edit the page by placing our text or content into the page and deleting the sample text. In the page editor you have many different options. You can change your text size, style, and color in the page editor. You can align your text left, right or you can center your text. My advise is to keep your content nice and readable from left to right. This will let your readers enjoy their stay at your website. You are also able to add images, photos and art to your website thru the page editor.
The page editor and site designer is pretty self explainatory once you get use to using it! Don't be afraid to try new things on your website, you can always edit your page again. You have 24/7 access to your website, page editor, and site designer.

How do I upload photographs, art and images to my website?
While you are still in your page editor, you can place your cursor on the place you would like your image to be and then click the little photo icon at the top of your page editor. This icon should say "insert an image". You need to have images saved to your computer for this to work. If you have no images or photo's saved to your computer, then you need to find which images you would like to use on your website and save them to your computer.
Here is instructions on saving images to your computer! Be careful with copy right laws if you choose images off of the internet. There are also many websites that don't mind you using their images and saveing them to your computer. You can usually hit your right mouse button over the image to save it to your computer. And then follow the steps below to finish putting the image on your website. If you already have images saved to your computer, then you can go ahead and hit the "insert an image" icon and then hit choose an image from my computer. You will then be able to hit browse and choose which photo or image you want uploaded. Then hit upload and your image should be on your website. Many times you may need to resize your image by clicking and dragging the image box.
